Working with architects, engineers and sub trades to bring your vision to a reality. On your behalf Centreline Construction will manage all aspects of the project. To help simplify the process for the customer a design build contract is able to reduce construction time and administration costs by being able to quickly react to the changes that arise during construction. We then manage the competitive pricing of all construction activities on behalf of the client and our project management team then proceeds with the execution of the project. This ensures that the customers requirements, timelines and budget are respected at all stages of the project from ground breaking to occupancy.
